PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
EZEE TILE -525 is a Category C2-TE high performance tile adhesive for all types of floor and wall tiles.ET-525 combines excellent bonding strength with long application and correction time. With its white color. ET-525 can also be used for marble tiles.ET-525 is approved for exterior and interior applications.
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
ET-525 can be used for all types of tiles for well and floor areas made from concrete, render or dense bricks. It is suitable for interior and exterior application, including for all commercial and industrial projects requiring outstanding performance in terms of bonding, water resistance and thermal stress.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Surface preparation
All surfaces must be clean, sound and free from all traces of oil, grease, mold release agent and curing compound. concrete, renders and blockwork should be cured sufficiently that all shrinkage has occurred. Minor surface inconsistencies should be filled and leveled out with ET-525 in advance.
Mixing instructions
Add 20kg of ET-525 to 5-5.5L of cool, clean and salt-free water. Mix to a uniform lump free consistency ideally with a mixing machine at slow speed. Allow the material to rest, after 5 minutes stir again.
Application Instructions
Dampen substrate with clean and salt-free water directly before application. Apply 3-10mm layer of
material with notched trowel to the surface. Place the tile, slide into position and lightly tap it down.
Ensure that at least 75% of the tile surface has contact with adhesive. Make sure the tile is placed before
material forms a skin on the surface.
APPLICATION TEMPERATURE
Do not use material below 5°C, schedule work for morning hours during extreme heat.

LIMITATIONS OF USAGE
- Avoid applying the material in direct sunlight.
- Always add material to the water.
- Do not re-temper mixed material.
- Do not mix with any other material.
- Setting time of the product may vary largely depending on climatic conditions, substrates and application thickness of the product
Application instructions
As with al building products, care should be taken during use and storage to avoid contact with eyes, mouth, skin and foodstuffs. Treat splashes to eye and skin immediately. If accidentally ingested, seek Immediate medical attention. Use in well ventilated areas. Avoid inhalation of dust when using powdery products. Wear suitable protective gloves, safety goggles and respiratory protection mask.
Storage
12 months after the production date under appropriate storing conditions. Opened packages have to be stored by tightly sealing the bag, and must be used in one week.
